The J -11 was initially designed in 1937 under commision by Gustav V, the King of Sweden. Once war broke out in Europe the project was abandoned. Until 10 years ago it was thought that there were only 10 J-Class boats. That changed when the 11th design was rediscovered.
We are proud to introduce the Tiger Jay, setting sail in 2015 under the number J -11.
Extensive research, which has gone into the development of the Tiger Jay yacht, is seamlessly used in the development of the clothing lines of Tiger Jay. The clothing lines will provide items to be worn when racing, back on shore and when not sailing. Every single piece will reflect both the splendour and modern cutting edge technology, which Tiger Jay brings into today’s J-Class racing.
Colourcake had the honor to print the first lookbook of Tiger Jay.
